It is produced from Crystal (General Purpose) Polystyrene by extrusion method. It can be produced in various sizes and densities according to usage areas. It provides excellent thermal insulation. It reduces heat losses. The thermal conductivity calculation value is in accordance with TS EN 13164 standards. The water vapor diffusion resistance value is in accordance with TS EN 13164 standards.
Usage Temperature Range: Between -50 and +75 C. It has a homogeneous cell structure and long life thanks to its 100% closed pores. It has high compressive strength and dimensional stability.
E class is hardly flammable and has flame retardant feature. It is produced in the thickness range of 10 mm to 120 mm and standard width * length of 600 * 1200 mm. Width is 600 mm and length can be produced up to 3000 mm.
It can be produced on smooth or wafer patterned (DIAMANTO (for sheathing application) surfaces and with or without overlapping edge features.It is used in many applications for insulation purposes.
