Application
Before starting the application, the anti-adhesion materials on the surface should be cleaned.
Plaster laths at the required height are adhered to the surface to be plastered at approximately 150-200 cm intervals.
FULLGIPS Extra Machined Plaster is mixed with a plastering machine and sprayed between the slabs.
After spraying, the surfaces are smoothed using a gauge.
The second gauge is made approximately 15-20 minutes after the first gauge.
Water is sprayed on the surface 50-70 minutes after starting the application and the surface is trifilled with a trifil trowel.
After about 10 minutes, the surface is polished with a steel trowel.
The second trowel is applied approximately 60 minutes after the first trowel and a bright and hard surface is obtained.
Suggestions
The temperature of the application environment should be at least +5°C.
Dry and hot surfaces should be moistened before application.
Do not mix FULLGIPS Extra Machine Plaster with any other material.
Application thickness should be between 8-30 mm.
The plastering machine and the tools used must be clean at every stage.
Storage Conditions
It is recommended to stack a maximum of 20 bags of FULLGIPS Extra Machined Plaster on top of each other.
It is recommended to consume FULLGIPS Extra Machine Plaster within 1 year, provided that it is stored on a pallet in a dry, moisture-free and closed environment.
Poor storage conditions or exceeding the usage period may impair the qualities of FULLGIPS Extra Machined Plaster.
