Application
Before starting the application, the surface must be cleaned.
A sufficient amount of water is poured into a clean container. FULLGIPS Grouting Plaster is sprinkled to cover the water surface. It is waited for a few minutes, then the mortar is mixed until it reaches a homogeneous consistency for application, so that there are no lumps in it. When the mixing work is completed, the mortar is ready for use. The mortar in the container can be used for approximately 1 hour.
The application is made with a steel spatula and in two stages.
The first layer of FULLGIPS Joint Filler Plaster is applied liberally on the joint tape, which is adhered to the joints.
Wait at least 2 hours for the first layer to dry. Before the second coat is applied, the roughnesses on the surface are removed with a spatula.
A second coat of approximately 20 cm width is applied to reset the surface.
