Application
Before starting the application, the anti-adhesion materials on the surface should be cleaned.
Plaster laths are adhered to the surface to be plastered at approximately 150-200 cm intervals.
FULLGIPS Machine Plaster is mixed by the plaster machine and sprayed between the plasters.
After spraying, the surfaces are smoothed using a gauge.
The second gauge is made approximately 15-20 minutes after the first gauge.
Water is sprayed on the surface 50-70 minutes after starting the application and the surface is trifilled with a trifil trowel.
After about 10 minutes, the surface is polished with a steel trowel.
The second trowel is applied approximately 60 minutes after the first trowel and a bright and hard surface is obtained.
Suggestions
The temperature of the application environment should be at least +5°C.
Dry and hot surfaces should be moistened before application.
Do not mix FULLGIPS Machine Plaster with any other material.
Application thickness should be between 8-30 mm.
The plastering machine and the tools used must be clean at every stage.
Storage Conditions
It is recommended to stack up to 20 bags of FULLGIPS Machine Plaster on top of each other.
It is recommended to consume FULLGIPS Machine Plaster within 1 year, provided that it is stored on a pallet in a dry, moisture-free and closed environment.
Poor storage conditions or exceeding the usage period may impair the qualities of FULLGIPS Machine Plaster.
