Application
Before starting the application, the surface must be cleaned.
A sufficient amount of water is poured into a clean container. FULLGIPS Adhesive Plaster is sieved to cover the water surface. It is waited for a few minutes, then the mortar is mixed until it reaches a homogeneous consistency for application, so that there are no lumps in it. When the mixing work is completed, the mortar is ready for use. The mortar in the container can be used for approximately 80 minutes.
After the adhesive mortar is prepared, FULLBOARD is applied to the back of the FULLBOARD Gypsum Plate in the width of a fist, starting from the beginning and at 40 cm intervals, to adhere to the back side of the FULLBOARD Gypsum Plate, in a heap every 20-25 cm (approximately one span) along the plate. to be applied. In mineral wool applications, an application should be made every 30 cm 60-90 minutes before adhering the mineral wool to the surface.
FULLBOARD Plasterboard is adhered to the surface with the backing plaster applied and its balance is checked with the help of a gauge.
For places where the gaps on the surface are more than 3 cm, pre-mounting should be done beforehand.
Suggestions
Do not mix FULLGIPS Adhesive Plaster with any other product.
If you use a mechanical mixer, use it at low speed.
Do not add water or plaster to your mortar after mixing.
The temperature of the application environment should be at least +5°C.
Dry and hot surfaces should be moistened before application.
Storage Conditions
FULLGIPS Adhesive Plaster can be stacked up to 20 bags on top of each other.
It is recommended to consume FULLGIPS Adhesive Plaster within 1 year, provided that it is stored on a pallet in a dry, moisture-free and closed environment.
Poor storage conditions or exceeding the shelf life may degrade the properties of FULLGIPS Adhesive Plaster.
