Application
Before starting the application, the anti-adhesion materials on the surface should be cleaned.
A sufficient amount of water is poured into a clean container. FULLGIPS Perlite Plaster Plaster is sprinkled until the water level exceeds 1 cm. It is waited for a few minutes, then it is mixed until there are no lumps in the mortar until it reaches the consistency of dough for application.
After mixing, the mortar is ready to use. The mortar in the container can be used for approximately 1 hour.
Application is made with a gauge, plaster trowel and steel spatula. The scars are shaved off after the mortar begins to harden.
FULLGIPS Perlite Plaster Gypsum mortar, brick, gas concrete etc. It is applied directly to the wall surfaces 5-40 mm, to the ceiling and exposed concrete surfaces 5-20 mm.
Suggestions
Do not apply less than 5 mm in one coat.
Do not add water or plaster to your mortar after mixing.
Do not mix FULLGIPS Perlite Plaster Plaster with any other material.
If a mechanical mixer is used, use it at low speed.
The temperature of the application environment should be at least + 5 °C.
Dry and hot surfaces should definitely be wetted before the application and the surface should be moistened.
Storage Conditions
Maximum 20 bags of FULLGIPS Perlite Plaster should be stacked on top of each other.
FULLGIPS Perlite Plaster Plaster is recommended to be consumed within 1 year, provided that it is stored on a pallet in a dry, moisture-free and closed environment.
Poor storage conditions or exceeding the usage period may deteriorate the properties of FULLGIPS PERLITE Perlite Plaster.
